That’s the date the governor’s current stay at home order for Minnesota expires, and when he has to address the plan in the short term as deaths from COVID-19 have surpassed the count in neighboring Wisconsin, along with total deaths; protracted stay-at-home orders are causing fatigue among the state’s citizens; and an increasing intolerance in workplace closure edicts is causing a collective ire.
