Sanders will only consider VP candidate who supports his disruptive healthcare delivery plan

Bernie is laying down the ground rules.

Sanders told The Chronicle on Sunday that he won’t choose a running mate who doesn’t support his signature issue, Medicare for All, a government-run single-payer health system that would require Americans to give up their private health insurance.

Bernie Sanders told the San Francisco Chronicle he would only pick a running mate who backs Medicare-for-all; he thinks it’s a really swell idea to threaten tens of millions of Americans with having their private insurance plans taken away from them and replaced with a government-run plan that they don’t know anything about and that Bernie really doesn’t know how to pay for.
