Gore Announces New Research ‘Venture’

Part businessman, part social activist, fulltime environmentalist and former VP Al Gore has announced a $20M venture into the research of an alternative to stem cell harvseting. These cells, called pluripotent cells, allow the injection of genetic material into normally functioning cells to create the potential for so-called regenerative treatments. Call Gore what you want, but one thing he isn’t is a wallflower. | LINK
